Returns & Exchanges

At Seema Gujral, every garment is crafted with exceptional attention to detail and undergoes rigorous quality checks before dispatch. We take great pride in ensuring that each piece meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and luxury.

As a standard policy across all Seema Gujral points of sale, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any purchases, whether they are made-to-order or off-the-rack.

Exceptions

In the rare event of an issue, our Client Services team will be happy to assist you under the following circumstances:

  • The delivery arrives damaged or defective.
  • There is an irreparable issue with a made-to-order piece that does not align with the confirmed specifications, including sizing, colour, or construction.
  • There has been an unforeseen delay in delivery that was not communicated in advance.

  • Your Order Number
  • A clear description of the concern
  • Images highlighting the issue

Important Information

  • Returns will only be accepted once confirmed by our Client Services team.
  • Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
  • Once the returned item is received, it will undergo a quality inspection. A final decision will be communicated within 2–3 business days.
  • All decisions regarding returns, exchanges, or replacements are final and remain solely at the discretion of Seema Gujral.

Order Cancellations

All orders placed with Seema Gujral are considered final. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.

In the event that a cancellation request is made, the full payment amount will be retained as a cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
